Special Notice on Security Upgrades Coming to Our Internet Banking Services

We are implementing new security measures for our internet banking services. This will be a phased in implementation through year end. Once implemented, in addition to your Online ID and Password, you will be asked to select security questions from a list and provide answers that only you will know. Periodically you may be asked for the answers to these security questions when you access your account details through our internet banking web pages. This will help to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your accounts. The likelihood that we may ask for additional information will increase when we notice some activity that may not be typical for your account. An example would be an attempt to access your account from a cyber café in a distant city when you usually access your account from home.

Remember, we will never ask you for any sensitive information through e-mail. Never respond to e-mail requesting personal information such as account number, Tax ID number, Online ID or Password. Any changes to your Online ID or Password should only be made after logging into your internet banking account. If you would like to learn other ways to improve internet banking security, visit the Online Banking Security section of our web page or visit the Federal Trade Commission web site at www.FTC.gov.
